George tyc options very strange

George tyc options very strangeWhere did these options come from? According to the 2016 year end FS there were 1.2 million options set to expire Jan 2017. They did not expire and or were not exercised according to the 1st q 2017 FS. Were they extended till May 31 (or some other date) 2017, if they were I do not see anything in the notes to the 1st q FS. If so then did he have to exercise or the options would have expired? The question remains did he exercise out of neccesity or exercise to sell out? So far he has sold only a small portion of the stock but will he hold or sell the rest? Time will tell!
