RE:Reserves They've grown reserves through exploration pretty significantly over the last few years, but I don't believe they're doing too much exploration at the moment.
One the other hand, they aren't depleting reserves much at all due to spot prices. They've been buying the uranium on the spot market for cheaper than they can produce it to fulfill their contracts. It's a good temporary strategy, and it sounds like they have a much smaller skeleton staff at the mine. Hopefully price appreciates soon, so they can sign more long term contracts, but they'll be able to withstand low prices for several years unlike some competitors.
