Ur-Energy (URG) late Tuesday filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for the shelf offering of various securities totaling up to $100 million.

The company plans to sell from time to time common shares, warrants, units, rights, senior debt securities, and subordinated debt securities, according to the registration statement. Proceeds may be used for general corporate purposes and working capital.
