Not so strange

Not so strange

I dunno guys... The price movement does not really strike me as all that strange.
It looks pretty good to me.

Unless you bought at .3 and are holding your breath with a finger hovering over the sell button...
(which I trust and hope you are not)

Correct me if I am wrong here...

We are a base metal and silver mine.
We only just started commercial production.
The upside is tremendous when base metals recover with silver at a reasonable price.

I do not think that silver at $15 (lets say) and zinc, lead, and copper all down will result in a supper eps on the next quarter. (although I have not done a spread sheet on this recently)

What silver at $15 does for us is mean that we will make some money/share, removing lots of risk and positioning us for a big run on a metals recovery.

I do not think that the market will give us a decent multiple on the eps yet. We have not earned it...
However... if you know of other small mining companies that just started production and have not yet reported decent earnings but are getting a nice multiple in this environment... I'd like to be corrected.

What are we going to earn when we report next?

Like I said... I have not done the numbers lately but what .... $0.10 per share?

If you could get a 6x multiple that would be great but I doubt it....
I'd like to see a 6x multiple when we earn $0.40 to $0.60 per share, and the recovery is on, and there is a buzz about metals.
and then lets see the multiple grow to 10x and the earnings grow to ?.... Wow....

Nope... a spike to $1 now would not really help cause I'm looking for more than that in the years to come.

A spike would likely cause a rush to sell because it's too early....

and...

There would likely not be enough depth at $1 tomorrow to unload large positions...

(OK.. it would be fun to see it run to $1... I can't lie and say I would not enjoy seeing it... at least for validation)

I'm happy when I see it steadily making its way upward.

I like when it moves up and then holds showing some strength...
and also.....
Everytime it doubles we have to shake out the weak hands again

I really do not think our play is on yet....

Cheers....
