RE: RE: May be of interest

RE: RE: May be of interestNot dilution at all...

If this gets done we will own all of what used to be two companies.

I do not know what the other company is worth, but we have trusted management this far.

I think it's safe to say that they think it is a good idea.

They have been saying for a long time that they wanted to buy something

They only did what they said they wanted to do

I am personally glad that they did not borrow money to buy something, although if they had that might have been fine too... It's just that I am happier with no debt.

The first thing I asked IR was if this new company had any debt.
He said he did not think so, and said he thought they had some cash in the bank.

If this other company was having trouble realizing the value from their properties...
And if the grades at their site are as good or better.
And if they really can do open pit mining... which is supposed to be cheaper...
And if... And if...

This could turn out to be great.

A bigger company, more liquid...

Once the details of the transaction start coming out, the analysts will have a close look and the sp will move accordingly.

They say the existing mill could be upgraded to handle all the rock from this new company and our existing production.

I say...Lets do it

Close the deal, let the dust settle, upgrade the mill, ramp up the production...

I am glad they are moving forward with the game plan.

Cheers to all fellow longs.
