FindingAGNo offense taken at all. I was just trying to understand. I appreciate your knowledge and perspective. I'm just average joe trying to understand and make good investments. It doesn't look like SNS and new company is as good as investment (time will tell) --USA if not utilizing any mill might as well make some money off of it til they get to utilization needs.
This looks like a good long term investment for silver--5-10 years is time frame I'm looking for. It sounds like
2.7-3 million oz for 2010, 4 for 2011, 5 for 2012, 6 for 2013, 7 for 2014 and 8 for 2015 should be doable with the capacity they have and the ability to prove up additional reserves. They might find some richer ore where this would be conservative. Some concern, maybe unfounded, about ability to add to workforce with relatively sparse population (curious as to economic conditions in the area).
Slowly accumulating----700k shares so far. Might regret it but I like to keep investments to 4 or 5 different ones.
I track to follow the news on about 100 silver companies and several zinc and gold companies.
My favorites are Breakwater Resources (zinc), Inter-Citic mineral (gold), Great Panther (silver) and Endeavor Silver. Excellon and SVM have been good for me but have rolled gains from them into USA--like the leverage, growth profile, contrarian nature of it. I think Breakwater will get taken out in the next year as zinc companies have really consolidated and its the most pure play--warrants, IMHO, are undervalued relative to the stock--one left standing. Like USA, leverage, growth, and contrarian play. USA warrants, on the other hand, appear overvalued compared to the stock (more leverage I guess, though).
Good luck to all and thanks for the info, Finding AG.
