there are two questions.  How important is the US Investor to Scorpio's valuation ?   Do the benefits of a US listing in a more US investor friendly offset  the costs involved.
of course they do.  it's bizaar to think that managment and shareholders wouldn't want to sacrifice .05 per share to gain additional investors, who find it easier to trade on the US exchanges.  that's what it will cost.  maybe a 1/2 penny per share to cover all the expenses annually.   is it worth it??
