questions for the board

questions for the board
Listened to the conference call and have the following questions:

1. Why are they doing surface drilling on Argentine near surface mine (think this is what Mr. Parker said)? Is there chance of open pit mining to fill the capacity at Galena mill? He later indicated they didn't want to drill too much on Caladay when time would be better spent drilling on Galena.

2. Why are we paying taxes when we have $11.5 million in tax carryforwards? Do they reverse the taxes at year end --it says something in the MD&A about management having discretion of the usage of the tax carryforwards?

3. Once United States Silver (USC) gets going on the Crescent mine, will we lose the 4 miners plus additional miners if they pay more? I would think workers would be flocking to the Silver Valley with as much unemployment as there is.

4. Are there other mines around that could be restarted with US Silver buying and then trucking ore to Galena? Too bad that capacity is going to waste.

Thanks in advance if you can answer any of these questions. May call IR if no one has the answers but hate to bug them.
