RE: RE: RE: RE: USA Insiders Buying

When you are determining whether the CEO's stake is significant, and alligned with a rising price, you need to look at his average price he acquired at, which has been posted here before, and is multiples higher than the current price.

This is true for many shareholders. The difference being that the insiders can take advantage of the situation and award themselves hundreds of thousands of options at low prices so when the market turns around they make a killing. Meanwhile long term shareholders are tapped out, get diluted, and may break even on their initial investment. This leaves a very bad taste.. To me this demonstrates a total lack of regard the common shareholder.

If anyone needs a rising USA price, its Blat.

What about the common shareholder who bought at higher prices?

How much are the salaries of this management team? How about they show some leadership and respect for their shareholders and give back those options until they acutally do something that creates value? What have they done to deserve all this options? Give me 10 major achievments to warrant all those options?
