1. Who benefitted from the RXE\USA merger?

It sure wasn't pre-merger USA shareholders as they gave up 30% of their shares for a closed mine, reduced cash flow, and acquired debt.

2. How is it possible that RXE management did not see DrumLemon closing down within months of the merger yet extolled the great synergies  that would come from the merger?

3. Did USA management really  just make a mistake by not seeing that DrumLemon would close down within a few months of the merger? Or did they think that it would be a good idea to merge with RXE even though the mine would close in a few months?

4. Did the fairness opinion take into account that DrumLemon would close down in a few months?

5. Why hasn't the entire BOD resigned yet?
