We'd be in a completely different position if;

1. We didn't have a management team that has no problem throwing their shareholders under the bus by trading 30% of their share value for a garbage bankrupt company that is sucking cash flow.

2. We didn't have a management team that gives themselves options on a regular basis when the share price is dropping through the floor, shareholders are taking a beating, and their performance does not justify it.

3. We didn't have a management team that does financings that dilute the $HlT out of their shareholders.
4. We didnt' have
