More complete fantasy, just garbage. In a downturned sector the WORST thing you can do is merge with a bankrupt company that sucks the little precious cash flow you have. So what does USA do? They merge with a bankrupt company that is sucking cash flow to pay for an uneconomic mine. Since that fiasco created financial stress on the company they do a very DILUTIVE financing and pass out options like candy to insiders. Open your FRICKEN eyes!
Who benefitted from this GARBAGE deal? It sure wasn't the shareholders. OH..... Maybe it was that guy that talks the good game on King World News? Maybe he got to trade all his soon to be worthless RXE shares for USA shares? Yup, he was very supportive of the deal........ I view that dude just like I view the people manipulating the precious metals markets. All those insiders that are getting options are setting themselves up nicely, too. This is all at the expense of the common shareholder, in my opinion.
