DrumLemon Mine Thoughts

DrumLemon Mine Thoughts
Since we're spewing thoughts here's a few on the DrumLemon catastropy...

1.  USA shareholders traded 30% of their share value for DrumLemon.
2.  DrumLemon closed it's doors within a few short months of USA shareholders acquiring it
3.  At about the same time as DrumLemon closed management awarded themselves BIG bags of options
4.  DrumLemon sucks valuable cash flow from USA operations
5.  DrumLemon has environmental problems
6.  DrumLemon is uneconomic
7.  One needs to question how a fairness opinion gave RXE and DrumLemon such a high value?
8.  DrumLemon is full of water. Anyone calculate how much it would cost to de-water DrumLemon?
9.  All the extra costs due to DrumLemon have contributed to the recent highly dilutive financing
10.Who benefitted from USA acquiring DrumLemon?
