We are looking to lower labor costs on your request at our Galena mine.  So give us your kids please.  Can your wife use a shovel?  She better be able to work 16 hours a day too.

Pay will be brutal and workplace will be unsafe for the kids/wife but we need you, our favorite shareholder to be happy.

SAFETY?  Bah humbug!
