RE:RE:RE:RE:New Corporate PreziAgree, for the most part.  Didn't want to use the phrase "pump and dump".
Such a large spike in volume clearly signified something was up.  I do recall that they said back in late Q3 they were trying to do a materials backed financing to fund expansion in Mexico.  I guess that fell through and they went for the tried and true dilution.  The Prezi was a dead give away that something was up.
I have same concern from last time.  Issue price sets the short term price and warrants pretty much act as a cap.  Once (if?) price gets close to Cdn40c, those will likely be exercised and keep it there for a while (as well as add to dilution.)
All in all, not a pretty picture.  Hell, since equity financing is in 2024, can't even get the cosmetic benefit of a lower loss per share in Financials. :)
