Replace Galena shaft? Hmmm. Galena shaft if i recall is a rickety old thing running parallel to #3, the main hoist. Real close to72 Vein at 5200. Deepen Galena shaft? $20mm wont cut it...but perhaps 10x $20mm... consider what Hecla invested to deepen shaft at Lucky Friday nextdoor. Coeur mine connected to Galena on 3700 level so main hoist at Coeur mine good for at least another 500tpd hoisting
