Think they'll wait for end of year Financials (or at least Q4 results), before burying any Relief Canyon news in the increased revenues from Cosala!  May also come up with gobblygook like "we've decided to ramp up production and benefit from another quarter of positive cashflow, before attempting to restart Relief Canyon."
