To answer my own question, I guess i did miss something, and it was something quite good, read this statement in the latest earnings release; The Company refers to its audited consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2021, included in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 40-F, which contained an audit report from its independent registered public accounting firm

Going concern is an accounting term for a company that is financially stable enough to meet its obligations and continue its business for the foreseeable future.
