Held the old LVN for many years and sold for a small profit just prior to the split. Considering the BEAR in commodities I feel gratefull for LVN management for putting this deal together and allowing me to get out. Not at all interested in the new LVN. Very interested in getting back into VAC. Experience however has taugt me NEVER to buy a stock until after the consolidation. Will bide my time and get back in afterwards JMHO
