RE:Special Dividend ?

i never heard anything about a special dividend recently. If we did get the dividend, the sp will just drop by the same amount. Of course, if the company is up for sale, (and what isn't for sale?) giving back the cash makes sense just before the sale otherwise the buyer just uses the cash to pay for the same company. Perhaps keeping a nice pile of cash is a good idea just incase a good buying opportunity comes up and i believe the bubble will pop soon.
