RE:My post on the Village

RE:My post on the VillageAnd what's the #1 guess as to what will replace oil & gas as the source to fuel the future in Canada. And I would hope I would not get a stupid answer like windmills and solar. Something practical and sensible would be better. And maybe a reasonable guess at a time frame for transitioning.
Keeping in mind of course that is just discussing fuel and power and has nothing to do with all of the other uses that petroleum products have. What might those be replaced with? Look around you at everything you own and touch that has a petroleum component.
i.e. I think oil has a fairly long future relatively speaking. Innovation will be interesting. And, I, for one, will not be around to see it.

Great post Brooke!!

The ppl are getting what they asked for: no more O&G

Only catch is you have to pay through the nose for what’s left.

I think FARRRRR to many ppl have gotten behind this feel-good “green” push without realizing what it’s gonna cost.... the TRUE implications of no more O&G

It’s one thing to hit a like button on anti-fossil fuel posts on FB.
It’s quite another when the reality of this feel-good BS his your pocket-book

I think FARRR to many avg joes figured we’d supply O&G for free until they could afford an EV
That we’d just die and go quietly into the night while they use more and more of our products every year...

Maybe I should try selling these idiots Florida Swampland LOL
