It wont be in 2024 by the look of it, although there are no derogatory aspects to operations that I can see. They have paid down debt by half a billion and bought back shares. Quite rightly, IMO they have not increased dividends yet but concentrated on strengthening the company, despite unforeseen headwinds like windfall taxes.

2024 should be when this thing really takes off if the current plan holds.
