RE:" LOWEST PAYOUT RATIO SINCE 2008 " (Jan.21 at 3:35 PM EST)Yes I agree it is the lowest payout ratio since 2008....they have paid out over 100% for 11 staright years....how is that a good thing. Current payout ratio is just under 100% based on $58 WTI....most OIL and gas companies are using $55....If you use $55 or even $56 they are back over 100%. 
The information is all out there, take advantage of it.
