Band of America Upgrade.

"(NYSE:VET) had its price target raised by analysts at Bank of America Co. (star star star half star blank star) from C$7.50 to C$8.00.This represents a 5.9% downside from the current price of $8.50."

Don't they realize that US banks rate in $$US. That would give VET a $10.00 rating.

What you talkin bout Willis... he said BofA increased their target from $7.50 to $8 USD... the stock is/was currently trading at $6.76 USD.. how is an increase from $7.50 to $8 USD a 5.9% downside unless you are using the current CDN price $8.50 for the comparison..!! He' comparing apples to oranges there sunshine.. so now if you take the $8 USD target you get, voila... $10 CDN..  ;-/
