Victoria Gold Corp. is a gold mining company. The Company’s flagship asset is its 100% owned Dublin Gulch property, which hosts the Eagle, Olive and Raven gold deposits along with numerous targets along the Potato Hills Trend including Nugget, Lynx and Rex Peso. Dublin Gulch is situated in the central Yukon, Canada, approximately 375 kilometers (km) north of the capital city of Whitehorse. The property covers an area of approximately 555 square kilometers and is the site of the Company's Eagle and Olive Gold Deposits. It also holds a suite of other development and exploration properties in the Yukon, including Brewery Creek, Clear Creek, Gold Dome and Grew Creek. The Eagle West target area lies as close as 500 meters northwest of the main Eagle Gold Deposit and hosts the exposures of the granodiorite. The Raven target is located at the contact zone at the extreme southeastern portion of the Nugget Stock. The Brewery Creek Project is a past producing heap leach gold mining operation.

RE: RE: The Big selloffSo called "juicy" options that are priced 20% above market price. In my view it should be seen as a positive and a sign of management's confidence in our projects. I'm not quite sure why you are offended. if you're talking about dilution, the amount they issued is hardly a dent in the existing float. Of course I realize that in this market everybody is always looking to fabricates reasons to sell. By all means, if you are not happy then I suggest selling. Amazing how everything is always a reason to sell with you guys, but yet you claim to be a shareholders. When I am not happy with a stock I sell and move on, yet I see on these bull boards so called shareholders whining like little girls on just about every board I visit. Why are you even in the markets if it's so bad?

If the options were priced lower than the market price then maybe I could see your point, it's been my experience that when the options are issued above the market price it's usually a sign of good things to come. I can cite examples of this scenario if you really want...
