Victoria Gold Corp. is a Canada-based gold mining company. The Company is engaged in the operation, exploration and acquisition of mineral properties. Hrattle,  my point is that you should take stock dilution out of the suite of financing options because at 23 cents and the kind of money vit needs, it's not feasible.  Not because of the pain it would inflict on existing shareholders (which would indeed be brutal ), but because there wouldn't be anyone willing to buy the new stock.  If they get the permits (which undoubtedly they will ) and based on that they can scrape together $450 mill to build from the sources they've been talking about , they're still going to need some extra cash before the cash flow starts.  Which could involve some sale of stock at a later date and at a much higher sp. 

I think everyone is aware they're currently in a real tough chicken / egg situation re. financing.  Hopefully permitting will create the momentum needed to finally move forward. I think they have a great resource and are going to find a way.
