So. at current prices, that's $130 million/yr to SLW. Like you said, NPV looks negative.
Additionally (and this is the part that i think SLW likes), they get the same % of any expansion, which sounds like it could be very large. They're clearly betting on large upside here, along with higher gold prices.
Sounds like a risky deal.
