Yeah - and i wouldn't be at all surprised to see this project (and financing) drag into later this year, which means construction won't start until NEXT April.  Keep in mind, if we miss the summer months, we need to wait until next spring.  This is what the market is worried about. It looks like they have closer to $40-50 million left in cash and they're spending $3 million+/month. 

The company is way too relaxed, as well.

I would be aggressively trying to close a stream right now and i get the sense that isn't a priority right now.

All they need is a 25% stream for $125-150 million in cash and everything will follow.

Instead, they're waiting to close senior debt financing first and then hope the stock triples or quadruples, so they can issue more equity.  Makes NO sense to me.   And other than 52k shares last week, no insiders are buying.
