Time to hold this Board/Execs accountable

Time to hold this Board/Execs accountableBased on the performance of this Board, the lack of transparency and their disregard for the shareholders, I think it is time for Mr. Roosen to gather the votes and FIRE this Board for incompetency. They clearly have no idea how to operate a company or how important it is to disseminate information for the benefit of the company and the shareholders. I have been a S/H for almost 8 years and I will take the blame for believing that the fundamentals of the asstes could compensate for the the Executives lack of ability. I was wrong, and should have sold 2 months ago and walked away.
I am tired of reading about how many man hours we have without an accident. Then only now finding out that we have missed targets significantly, and have a lawsuit with a lein against the assets. I think these things are far more relevant for the S/H to know. Does anybody in the Exec chairs understand how to write a contract.
Mr. Roosen - You have a large vested interest in this company. Gather proxies and do the right thing by getting rid of these incompetents. I will sign my proxy tomorrow. If this type of performance were to occur at Kinross - Barrick or any other publicly traded company, they would be walking the CEO - COO and CFO out the door with no golden parachute after losing 35% of the market value in less than 2 months. These people can't even figure out how to distribute a news release and understand the impact of how it is perceived by the public.
I am not sure if their performance is just incompetence, or worse - indifference to the shareholders. However, having been involved in the company for this long, I can say that this has been the norm throughout. I had always hoped the assets could speak for themselves, but it is hard for the public to see the value when those speaking for the assets are so inept.
PLEASE someone come to the table and buy this thing out, otherwise we will be waiting another 8 years with this Board before we see the value.
