RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:KL reference pointWhy promote
Why not wait for facts.OCB takes huge libertys  in his projections to re enforce his fear of losing a big payday -therefore he is a promoter.Promoting has a negative stigma and is a mugs game.,effect of 100drop on earnings...I don't predict or advise.
.Was it Cormack thar raised it target from 20-22 because of takeover speculation.I suggest they have models for Victoria and much more access to information that their anaysts compile.
OCB just throws out numbers 25-30-35 whatever suits him.
The reality is the 2nd quarter earnings with costs of development ,stacking, hedges, currency and diesel, early start of exploration program costs and expensed or capitalized, consumables and i think a development of water treatment was also added to truck repair facility..
Coeur owns 11,067,714 shares and has agreements with Orion controlling their remaining shares giving them a commanding position at eary stage. There is no filing of Board decision to raise the amount of shares outstanding. There are no press releases and no discussion about financing..
I ask qustions that i hoped would get answers as i look to buy Victoria shares..Return on capital, time cost and opportunity cost all factor inThese major gold miners can at anytime come in with a total cash purchase at whatever price high or low .They can also wait for some initial bid or wait for confirmed and quantified resources by a N43-101.
I am not reccomending Coeur but Orion has opted to take Coeur shares again if they manage over 50% of outstanding shares and 50% of Board for Orions support they recieve 75% of the spread between 12.20 and acquisition price and asked for payment specifically  in Coeur shares.and roughly
I have quantified Coers profit at over 177million at 30.dollars  and roughly 120,million plus at 25.00..
I can find nothing wrong with Victorias Shareholder Rights and Issures buyback  and its exploration of Raven and Depp at Eagle ot it attempts to raise production. There is everything to like but some short term costs loering earnings or higher than projected strip ratio and higher AISC...
