Boots on the ground are covering up a lot of rot

Boots on the ground are covering up a lot of rot
Don't always like being the doom and gloom contributor to this blog but you can only keep putting lipstick on this pig so many times before things start to unravel. My concern is operation by the people that are running the show. Not questioning the gold or what the potential could be but day to day operations are covering up a lot of rot. Employees keep leaving at an accelerating rate. Why? Nobody is asking this question or if they are they are getting more lipstick answers. If the rate of departures keeps up we could be in for a long slow winter with more incompetence calling the daily shots.
