Serves You Right

Serves you right.  I came here well spoken, clear in what I saw wrong about this project, management, and metrics....was told I was a basher, was told I was a liar, a shorter, etc...All not true.  I told you when I sold in the high teens to 20 and why, was told I was stupid.  So you deserve this.  I look forward to reading OCD good bye post further down.  You were smug and a jerk to me, Nickel and some other very bright posters who knew when to get out and can prove it by the legacy posts at the time.

Time to Leave this BB

I know from many years of experience that investors come to Bullboards like this one hoping for positive news and commentary in the hopes that their decision to invest in that company is waranted.  They despise "trolls" and don't care to read any commentary that doesn't support their investment expectations.  I get that.

I have been guilty of emphasizing the seemingly positive aspects of the company's progress over many years and have spent literally hundreds, if not thousands, of hours of research and due diligence in this company over the past 8 years.  Certainly more than any other and maybe more than all other companies that I have invested in combined.  My gains have been small considering the time spent and the opportunity costs.

I wish current investors nothing but the best and sincerely hope that everyone can someday recover their losses.  I feel for those like OCBD who finally look the painful step to throw in the towel after many years of devotion to and support for the company.  It is not an easy thing to do, especially for someone who initially invested at much higher prices.

Whatever, you were right, but thought you bought back in when $7.00 was the right number. Not. DF

HECK NO, i did not buy back in.  I clearly said to those that fixated with only this stock as a buy, that perhaps $7 or less was a solid somewhat safe place to enter ( if POG did not implode or Eagle got shut down)  I continued to think the metrics were not good, when will they get to 200k a year, will they ever?  management not good etc.  To me why invest in VG if one thinks ...more
