VGCX Raises $10.5 Million CAD via Flow-Through Shares

March 28, 2024 VG raised $10.5 million CAD by issuing 1,176,500 at $8.50 CAD to 11 unique purchasers in Ontario, Quebec, BC, and Manitoba.

Now they can either fix their crusher, pay down some debt, or buy back $10.5 million worth of shares that will be worth a lot more in a few months.  Hmmm...which will it be...Lol.

Search (sedarplus.ca)

You see Tripple D and drunk@noon, facts with a link...you otta try it some time and maybe other posters will start taking you more seriously.

I'm guessing they did this so they didn't have to finance exploration this year and could concentrate on debt repayment. $8.50 seems cheep, I'm guessing a boat load was sold last week, or is there a holding period?? https://www.pdac.ca/programs-and-advocacy/access-to-capital/flow-through-shares

None of the above.  Flow through shares can only be used for exploration - presumably at Raven since no resource update seems to be coming anytime soon.

What changed in a month?, besides POG skyrocketing along with projected earnings.  no sense guessing, expecting several NR this ...more
