10 thousand oz short from last year
Folks. dont panic for the 10oz short. I know it is bad. but it is not that bad.
There are 10000 oz is like 460 thousand tonnes or ore short @0.8 grams. It is like you lost only 12 days out of 120 days. Do you know how terrible the ore is. If you factor in how bad the ore is, the op team performance is decent. It is very normal in Q1 as you have some ice frozen in the crusher building. Do you know how ugly it gets. Each time these guys plug the chute, it takes 3 days at least to unplug and you just pray to jesus deeply that that ice block didnt cause further damages.
