Vista Gold Corp. (NYSE American and TSX: VGZ) is a gold project developer. The Company’s flagship asset is the shovel-ready Mt Todd gold project (“Mt Todd” or the “Project”) located in the Tier-1 jurisdiction of Northern Territory, Australia. Situated approximately 250 km southeast of Darwin, Mt Todd offers large-medium scale development optionality, growth opportunities, advanced local infrastructure, community support, and demonstrated financial strength. All major operating and environmental permits necessary to initiate development of the Project are in place. A feasibility study was completed in 2022 and updated in 2024 demonstrating strong economics for development of a large-scale, 50,000 tonnes per day operation. Hi December, you ask some good questions. On my comment about Vista could be next, I didn't necessarily mean bought by ABX. However, there are some large producers that will need to find new reserves to keep up the annual production. Vista, does have over 15 million ounces and about 7 million in cash. They can sell a few properties to generate cash. If you have any Doug Casey friends, they might be able to send along some reports as Doug Casey writes up Vista on an ongoing basis and is on his buy list.
