Quite positive earnings to say the least

Quite positive earnings to say the leastMy only concern is with the one time occurring revenue... I haven't really seen this much and not sure how the market is pricing it all in... Without this one-time "perpetual license revenue" im sure the overall earnings would have been impacted (net income and ebitda) rather negatively.

Can we expect to see this again? Would removing it make both ebitda and EPS very negative? Without out it revenue would have been $1.2M, which is still definitely an improvement over last Q.
