Globe & Mail

08:12 AM EDT, 09/29/2022 (MT Newswires) -- VitalHub Corp. (TSX: VHI) on Thursday reported two new licensing agreements of its prEDict software platform with Stevenson Memorial Hospital and Georgian Bay General Hospital, both in Ontario.

The Stevenson Memorial Hospital in Alliston has signed a five-year term and the Georgian Bay General Hospital in Midland has signed a three-year term, with two optional one-year extension periods. It didn't disclose the value of the two contracts.

The company said that Georgian Bay is the third of four hospitals as part of the CARE4 group to adopt the prEDict platform, which uses data analytics and machine learning algorithms to predict the expected emergency department wait time. The other two are Collingwood General & Marine Hospital and Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre.

Stevenson Memorial is the second of three hospitals in the SHINE Group to have adopted the platform, after Oak Valley Health, VitalHub said.

With 20 hour wait times in ER or whatever awful number your town has , preDict seems like a product every hospital could use . Glad to see some local North American contracts.
