Wow! It is at least the second bought deal in 2024 from what I can remember!  30M$  is no petty cash! The broker must be hyper confident to buy so much at these high prices.

I was thinking along the same lines, so I too bought all my shares  back around 10.8-10.88.  The words "bought deal" is a euphamism for "small investors get screwed again"

Management has been echoing around $12-14M a year of positive cash flow. That means it would take time to build up the coffers for deals like Strata which was $32M. They're not even close to CSU

I don't know what to make of the bought deal.  Part of my rationale to invest was that I thought VHI had reached the point that cash flow from prior acquisitions would allow them to continue

Only 10.90 per share.  WTF, it was 12 bucks the other day.  Well, that might be good for me in the short term having sold it today.  Looking forward to grabbing some at that price
