As soon as somebody starts a Refinery in Fort Mac they
will be using the heavy oil as feedstock to produce Diluent.
Do the math ! Nobody will need Condensate from USA
or perhaps Canada ever again.
I think a new Refinery by Edmonton just opened
for this reason ?
