RE:VII Generations Old Ladies Retirement FundI don't disagree wtih that assessment but -- believe it or not -- this is exactly why CPP and the large investment banks supported ARX getting the upper hand in this transaction. A conservative, steady hand with an extremely solid balance sheet, seasoned managment and proven track record of performance in the most challenging of times.
This deal is happening and the resulting entity is going to be a cash flow powerhouse IMHO.
