5:1 Gas to condensate boe's

5:1 Gas to condensate boe's
This is roughly the revenue equalivent of 1 boe or condensate when compared to 5  boe of gas at close to 3 dollars a boe.

So last quater VII generations produced 66,000 boe of condensate, that is equalivent to 330,000 boe a day of natural gas.

The value of NGL's is about the same as a boe of Gas, so lets add 124,000 boe of gas and liquids production. On a gas equalived basis VII generation is production 454,000 boe of gas equaliven production, how does that compare to ARC.

So arc produces 30,000 boe of oil/condy (150,000 boe) and to that 128,000 boe of natural gas production. On a gas equalivent bases which is basicly a CF equivalent basis arch production 278,000 boe a day on a gas equalivent basis.

VII Generation = 454,000 boe/day       verses ARC Resources = 278,000 boe/day

VII Generation share holders are getting taken to the cleaner, the CPP should abstain from the vote because of the back room deal they put together, it was hardly a competitive process.

This is a stupid deal.
