The share price performance already demonstrates the drag ARC is on the VII generations assets.

What is the market telling you VII generations share holders, you can hedge the rest of your production at 64 US for the reset of the year and your stock in the crapper.

Vote no, while arc is trying to figure out how to finance their debt, you can simply pay it in full.

Stupid deal.

Geez honeypot , all your whining is getting really old . How many times are you going to keep beating the same dead dog ? We are all well aware you don't see any value in the two companies being combined , you don't see any value in being the biggest player in the Montney or receiving a AAA investment grade rating . HP if it makes you feel better I feels the same exact way and I will be voting no. Fact is it is odd they got so close to paying off debt and pulling in big cash and sold for a few years income.  But no one did anything other then argue with him saying low interest loans is good (which it is when you ow as much as 7g did ) but when you can pay your loan cash in a year it's a drop in the ...more
