VII generations management team after years of lining their pockets and under performance has sold out on the share holders. 

I think it is bad, and allow underperformance to continue.

Just talked to a friend of mine. Make no mistake ARX is in charge. HP you are just mad because you bought yesterday and hoped to sell at 21. Just take the money and run. 5 percent in two days isn't bad. You will make more with POU anyway.
