RE:Is VLE a buy now?I am obviously biased since Vle is my largest holding.
The stock was 60 cents last November, it went up to $8.27 following the Yamalik results and the following Resource report.
It then drifted down to the $4 to $5 window probably on profit taking adding to momentum investors leaving since next material news would only be next Winter.
The lira Crisis push it down to $ 2.58.
Right now, the Turkish lira has taken some strenght. The last report shows that Turkey foreign trade deficit declined 59% year on year in August. With the release of the pastor, Us sanctions will go away, and the Lira should stabilize.
With the Lira crisis abating and now being in the drilling season, I would say it is a good buy. Technicals seem to indicate a search for a bounce from a higher low.
I will give you an advice, if you want to invest in Valeura, learn the fondamentals of the Company, and then, form an investment strategy.
