RE:January Presentation.It would appear that the US$33 million a month is net cash flow, all profit based on slide 15. Seems that capex is included, not sure. Both opex and capex are mentioned re SRB.
At 25,000 bbd US$85 per bbl, annual pretax profit is projected at 51% of 25,000x85x365/12 = US$32.96 million a month.
According to slide 15, it is likely going to be all net profit, no tax. That's US$395 million annual net profit! CAD$535 million!!
Still not clear about capex but it would seem that it's covered.
At $535 million for the first year of operation! Just cash value alone at 100 million shares diluted puts this North of $5 a share. I don't get why anyone is selling. Factor in growth and a 5 PE ratio, this is worth way more than $5 a share. Easily $10 a share in the near term with the potential of $25 a share in the next 2 years.
