Valeura Energy Inc. is an upstream oil and gas company engaged in the production, development, and exploration of petroleum and natural gas in the Gulf of Thailand and the Thrace Basin of Turkiye. The Company holds an operating working interest in four shallow water offshore licenses in the Gulf of Thailand, which include G10/48 (Wassana field), B5/27 (Jasmine and Ban Yen fields), G1/48 (Manora field) and G11/48 (Nong Yao field). RE:RE:Why dividend I like dividends too and I agree, this will bring a more stable investor and support the share price.

That said, it seems to me, from Sean's comments that they have more acquisitions to do and with the +- $100M in the bank at close, they will have the cash to execute. And so, let 2023 be the year to grow, take this company up to 40-50,000 boe/d and then start dividending out a monthly dividend of a dime. The way these guys have performed, and the cash in the bank, it wouldn't seem they will have to issue any more shares for the forseeable future.

Whatever their plan is for issuing dividends they should make it known so that people stick around for the ride.
