VLE as a Platform?
VLE should have a bullseye on their back. Raising capital is still a challenge for the sector and they have good cash in the bank. Closing the announced asset sale should be the top priority.
An M&A deal should be on their radar. Most management teams tend to wear job preservers to stay involved, so we'll see if they step up and do an accretive deal or step out.

There seems to be an issue with the closing considering Husky, a majority Chinese owned business, closed a multi BN deal in 3 mths LOL.
