It will be 4 months on Feb 20. October is the 10th month, February in the 2nd month there is 4 months in between to the date of of the sale.

My buddies in Germany and UK just did a sale for EUR 700 MN in 5 weeks before Xmas, in extreme lock downs over zoom and email. This deal is taking way too long...something is wrong.

The buyer is UK, seller is UK listed, the asset is Turkey. The deal is inked in UK as was my buddies deal where buyers did all DD electronically while UK govt buffooons playing god LOL.
