Next step - Get ready to Fire Management.

Firing Management has been discussed and rational has been provided in numerous posts.
If there is a motion made at the AGM to take over control of the company with the view of examining strategic options, it will be important for the shareholders to be able to vote on the motion.
I strongly encourage you to talk to your broker to make sure the shares that you hold are in your name and can be voted on. A phone call to the broker is all it takes to be ready.
Management has plenty of time to make a good deal. If not, shareholders get ready for a potential change in management.
We have reasons to believe that the major shareholder is already on site for a Management change.

A freind of mine has an asset opportunity - he called the office but no one answers the phone. Then he sent an e mail and no one replys. Is this anyway to run a business?

Over 729 reads.. eff me running !! As far as I'm concerned stock price hasn't moved drastically.. I would say we / valeura energy just has tested our lows $ on stock market on Nov 12th. People are complaining but ain't selling.. From this point nothing but plus... I can't see it going down .. we lost money / no news / noone is responding to any calls or emails and still kicking ...more

Wont be losers here. It will get done and dont worry about news blackout. They cant tell you anything anyway..

WTF - can't tell us anything - at a million dollars a quarter - should at least be able to cover the cost of someone picking up the bloody phone and at least saying they can't say anything, that they are pursuing active opportunities or something.  This is the craziest situation I have seen in a long time.
Comment by DocPat on Nov 16, 2021 4:25pm
Who the .. Heck are You .. I have called Robin Martin twice in the past 3 months and each time he has gotten back to me within 24 hours. This is an excellent response time and you could expect nothing more. If they are not taking your calls, it seems there is a reason, or you're just blowing smoke. They are evaluating, negotiating and positioning themselves for success. Get off their backs! I ...more

Tell that to all the people who lost 90% when they lost equinor LOL. I wasnt one of then. VLE is a massive gamble they are so desperate to do a deal to keep their inflated pay the chances are very high it will be a bad deal. Ill will gamble on this more when it hits .40 ....anyrhing can happen. In the meantime they already lost 6% on exchange rates, and purchasing power dropped 70% thanks to high ...more

Valeura posted a video on Tweeter discussing the Q3 results. In the video, Sean states that Shareholders should expect an update on their search for M&A in 3 to 6 months. Last year the Annual meeting was held May 13. From now till the 2021 Annual meeting Valeura Management has 6 months. I strongly encourage you to be ready to vote on change of Management if they do not deliver in 3 to 6 months ...more

Sounds VLE will cooperate with Turkey government? It is risky investment but Turkey waste tons of more money with Russia.  This winter gas is 4 times more in Turkey?
Comment by Fairshare on Nov 19, 2021 1:00am
Risky? ARE YOU FRIKKEN KIDDING ME MATE? That is even bigger than equnoir my friend.. whats 14 mil for Turkey or even 140 mil lol !! Having a partner as a country vs to a oil company? Turkey just bought brand new FUKEN 7TH GENERATION DRILLING SHIP, (there is only 4 in the world AND TURKEY HAS ONE OF THEM!!) Erdogan will do anything to stay in power.. He has to make sure he will do everything to go ...more

I actually don't understand why their previous drilling were not economic.  The flow was stable in the dry zone, just that the flow rate is low.  But with today's gas prices those rates should be economic.
Comment by firstworld on Nov 19, 2021 10:06am
When a partner like Equinor abandons $100M the chance of a new partner is slim. Turkey buys the drill ships because they explore and substitute war ship remarking their territory while Greece and EU try to muscle in LOL. A drill ship is damaged in come the warships and drones. Too bad VLE sold it's shallow gas at 50% discount to appraised value. They should have drilled the new deeps and ...more

I'll wait till .40. in the meantime I got $300 MN year in pure profit for 1.62 at Africa Oil.
Comment by firstworld on Nov 20, 2021 12:13am
It'll take the rednecks at VLE a century to generate $10 MN year in profit lol.

haha I will use AOI gains to gamble on VLE hen it hits .37.  Up 5% on the 30,000 AOI shares bought at 1.89 in just a few days. I have been in VLE since 2009 and still hold at an average cost of .39 - I simply dumped 95% of it for AOI at avg cost of 1.26 just weeks before it went up.

I am guessing from these wording: We have always been excited about investments in Turkey and have found both the federal government and the regional governments very supportive of our projects. We also recognize the importance of having a large, domestic gas resource in Thrace to help Turkey manage the challenging gas import environment we are currently seeing,' Guest noted.

Share your dream, but same wording found In several historical Vle presentations?

Before they mention other areas too.  Such as "we are looking at this and this region, etc".
