Same complaint from my other oil investment TNZ which does have robust cash flows and has stated its intent to grow by acquisition in basically the same geographic regions as VLE. Thats my preferred outcome here....being acquired for our cash by TNZ. My other two choices were acquiring  POE production and/or  acquiring KUB energy gas assets in western Ukraine. Re the latter, an ...more

Nozz, You and I often agree, but the acquisition of KUB in Ukraine?!?! Are you smoking your lunch?? Doc.
Comment by nozzpack on Feb 25, 2022 4:12pm
Absolutely not. They are selling the remaining assets in Western Ukraine where they sell power from their gas production or sell gas directly into the EU pipeline which ever is priced higher. Their Reserves have multiples of upside as they have spent little to develop those. No debt , 3.5 cents per share in cash and liquid assets, and at least $0.10 in reserves at the minimum. All of these ...more

Sean…..Shareholders are still waiting for you to pull that rabbit out of the hat & move VLE forward. For $600k/year you better be a magician.  And ......Calling bombardment of Kyiv, one of the most sophisticated cities in Europe the Russian intervention is like calling herpes a sun burn. If it wasn’t for Kyiv, Russians today would still be running bear food through the forest chasing ...more

Russia's "intervention .. stabilizing" Are you out of your freaking mind!?!? Have you ever been to Ukraine!?!? I have many times and I have never met a kinder more welcoming people. Over 70% of the people voted for their President Volodymyr Zelensky in a very real election. Ukraine is an independant nation and only wanted peace and to grow and care for its nation. The US has over 80 military bases around the world , has invaded and changed Govt in nearly 30 countries and remains holding Syria's oil fields. I have no quarrel with the Ukrainian people, just that Ukraine whose legal Govt was turfed out by the US in 2014, has been one of the most corrupt countries in the world . As for the Russians, I have met and engaged professionally with many of them.  ...more

And so your premiise is that the good people of Ukraine should be attacked and have a war inflicted upon them by Russia because the US has military bases all over the world? Horrible. You also need a history lesson. Ukraine is still developing and evolving into a democratic and free market economy model. As an independant and free country, do they not have the right to self determination? If the ...more

Since you are such a Putin’s brownnoser you should buy ruble now, it is an excellent deal since it lost 98% of its value. Russia will never recover…..ever; other that selling oil & gas and military equipment they have no tangible industry and can’t even produce a reliable toaster. Shelling residential buildings including kindergartens, schools and nuclear plants in Ukraine now; russian ...more
